NEED: Dasaraju Padma, a domestic worker, struggles with low and unstable income. She wishes to start a small business to improve her family’s livelihood.

Padma, 42, works as a domestic worker in five households in Rajula Venkatapuram, Telangana. Her husband is a daily wage laborer, and they have two children in a government school. Despite her hard work, Padma’s income is insufficient, and her husband’s earnings are irregular.

Belonging to the Rajaka (Washerman) community, Padma lacks access to better livelihood options. She seeks support to start a small business and receive basic training to develop her skills. With proper guidance, Padma hopes to secure a stable income and inspire other women in her community.
