NEED:
B. Sankar, 30 years, and his spouse, Bothe Gowri, 26 years, are a young couple hailing from a very impoverished background. They have been married for nearly eight years and face daily challenges to satisfy their basic needs. Like many struggling families, they rely on daily-wage jobs to survive. Despite their diligent efforts, life has always posed difficulties for them. Their income is unstable, and they frequently find it hard to provide food, shelter, and essential necessities for their family.
Recently, Sankar was involved in a serious road accident that dramatically altered the course of their lives. The incident resulted in significant injuries, rendering him unable to work or earn a living. For a family reliant solely on daily earnings, this catastrophe has plunged them into severe financial and emotional hardship. With no source of income, they are unable to pay for medical care or even cover their everyday living costs.
Current Challenges:
At present, the family is engulfed in anxiety and unpredictability. Sankar needs medical attention and time to recuperate, but they lack any savings or financial means to sustain his treatment. His wife Gowri is doing everything possible to support him, but the stress is overwhelming. Each day presents a challenge to secure food, medications, and optimism for what lies ahead.
